Charmberry Jewelry is owned and operated by Saba Holdings LLC. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


30-Day Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, including original packaging.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless defective upon arrival


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
